Kyla Kahian
Kyla's unique experience in the mortgage business dates back to 2005. Kyla began her career in operations which has contributed to her extensive knowledge and expertise. Having processed hundreds of loans in her career gives her the ability to thoroughly pre-qualify her clients and provide a smooth loan transaction - earning her repeat business and referrals. Her experience in operations truly sets her apart from other loan originators. This has garnered her huge success in the mortgage business. A Massachusetts native, Kyla brings her unmatched northeast work ethic and "get it done" mentality, which pleases her referral partners and clients. Ms. Kahian, prides herself in exceeding expectations, excellent communication, and transparency, therefore, earning her the confidence, respect, and appreciation of her referral partners and clients.
Marcio Demelo
Marcio is a recipient of the Mortgage Broker of the Year (2024) Award from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). As your mortgage broker, it is my pleasure to assist with one of the biggest milestones of your life - buying a home. You can count on my two decades of experience and knowledge to help find the right mortgage product to achieve your financial goals, whether it is a purchase or refinance.
Marcio immigrated to the United States from Brazil as a teenager and grew up in New York, where he graduated from New York University with a Business Administration degree. Marcio is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in Spanish. Some of his career highlights include:
• Structuring mortgage-backed securities on Wall Street for more than 10 years
• Investing in residential and commercial real estate
• Working as a luxury realtor in South Florida
• Working as an independent mortgage broker before partnering with Kyla to run and operate Amethyst Mortgage
