Marcio at Amethyst was great to work with. He is my go to Brazilian loan officer. He can help me with all my Portuguese speaking clients and the americans as well! Great at communicating every progress (or set back) we may have during the loan process. He goes above and beyond by even reaching out to the other party to ensure everyone is in the loop and comfortable. I recommend Marcio 100% and will continue to work with him moving forward!

I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and differentiated service. Thank you very much for everything Marcio!

Marcio was the person we dealt with when we purchased our condo in Miami. He is the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable, accommodating thorough and truthful sales professional we ever met. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and relatives.

I just closed on my first home - an unexpected opportunity that landed on my lap at the end of May. I am beyond grateful that I chose to work with Marcio and Hazel on this purchase. Their level of skill and expertise in navigating all the steps, transactions, and issues that arose is really impressive, especially the speed at which they got it all done! They also leveraged both their relationships with lenders and others parties involved and their knowledge of FL first-time homebuyer programs to significantly reduce my fees. They really went above and beyond and took a ton of stress out of this process (and my budget). In addition, their personal support as I freaked out at various times is truly appreciated :) I am so glad they were by my side through all of it. I look forward to using their services again in the future and they will be my first and only recommendation!

Kyla & Marcio are absolutely DYNAMITE!! I give then 10 stars!! Previous mortgage broker couldn't perform on the loan, but Marcio got right on it and in less than a couple of hours, he punctually called me back and not only determined he could get it approved but also that we would be able to meet the stipulated closing deadline. Kyla and Marcio's level of service and dedication are outstanding! I highly recommend them!

Marcio Demelo has been absolutely fantastic during my mortgage process. He is a highly skilled professional who cooperated with me at all times and clarified all my doubts, even though I ultimately closed with the builder.

My one and only! I have used Kyla in going on 7 transactions at this point. She has gone way above and beyond what her job description is every time to get the deal done. Can’t recommend her enough!

I have worked with Marcio for many years. He's always been very responsive and has provided a lot of value. Has the best interest of the client and looking to continue working with in the future. Thank You for all you do!!

I had the pleasure of working with Marcio, and I must say, his dedication and responsiveness were truly impressive. Whenever questions or concerns about the mortgage process arose, he was always there to provide prompt and thorough answers. My husband and I felt valued as a client, and his professionalism and knowledge in the field were evident throughout our interactions. I highly commend Marcio for his outstanding service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of mortgage assistance.

I continually recommend Marcio Demelo at Amethyst Mortgage to my valued clients. I appreciate his expertise and ability and willingness to work with more than one lender to help us to reach our goals. His dedication and commitment to servicing his client's requirements, make him unique in the industry and invaluable.

I first connected with Marcio and Kyla when I was working full time as a realtor in Miami. They were quick to answer my questions and they always went the extra mile for a client. I was so impressed- I left real estate and joined their team. 10/10 Recommend.

This is the best Mortgage I know in Florida. He is very efficient, honest, and friendly. And he took careof all details efficiently plus dedicated. He is wonderful. Thanks Marcio!

I had the pleasure of being the closing agent for one of Marcio's clients that was purchasing a condo. Marcio was very involved in the process, attentive and responsive, which is of the utmost importance in a closing.

Marcio and his team were great to work with! I had tried to buy an apt. in a condo hotel and went to 3 other lenders who turned me down a friend suggested I give Marcio a call. He quickly found a bank willing to say yes. Once we had a lender in place the entire process was easy and straightforward – I received documents through a secure portal and automated alerts every time the bank completed a task on the loan. Marcio also always followed up with a text or a call throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Marcio to everyone that is in need of securing a mortgage to buy a home.
